All orders are shipped in 1 to 10 work days from receipt of payment. Most jewelry pieces are made to order, and certain styles can take days to produce perfectly. Not Magic is run by just one person, which means just one set of hands to make, pack, and ship your orders. Good things take time!
I ship all orders with the most economical option via Canadapost, UPS, USPS, or Asendia. Most small Canadian orders will not include tracking due to the high costs that Canada Post charges for tracked packages. If you require tracking, please contact me to arrange payment of an additional shipping fee. Any additional import taxes, customs duties/tarrifs, and fees may apply to orders placed for shipment outside of the Canada. All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. These are the costs of importing foreign goods and are determined by your local customs office.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund minus any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the product(s). We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
